Bus It Queensland originally formed in 1984 as a small bus charter business called B&S Coaches. The company has significantly expanded since then, to currently be known as the leading provider of Mine Site Passenger Transportation, servicing the Bowen Basin and surrounding regions.

With over two decades of experience, Bus It Queensland’s reputation has been built on providing an excellent & indispensable service, while continuing to expand and advance our systems of quality and product supplied. As our business prides itself on being a leading provider of a comfortable and effective Mining Transportation, with every emphasis on safety of our passengers, reliable equipment and highly skilled and competent drivers, are our most valuable asset. Intensive training is constantly provided for all our employees by instituting a vigorous program of guidance and self improvement. Our qualified on call workshop team, and reliable and experienced sub-contractors, carry out scheduled servicing and maintenance to our expanding fleet. Ongoing Fleet upgrades ensure vehicles are fitted with the latest in innovative qualities, technology and safety features.

OUR PEOPLE

Our drivers are hand picked for their reliability, manners and presentation with careful consideration given to their individual capacity to effectively liaise with clients. They have a commitment to customer service, which is monitored constantly by management.

The Bus It family comprises just under 100 employees, with the majority of those being bus drivers along with five dedicated workshop staff, making sure all buses are maintained and cleaned to the highest possible standard. Our Bus drivers are put through a compulsory Fatigue Management program and Senior First Aid course. Breath testing and random drug testing is also a major part of the strict Workplace Health and Safety procedures for our drivers and when required, our drivers also undertake generic training and mine specific inductions.
